Installation diversity.

The plant is to be used for industrial-scale laundry, drying and ironing. It contains a modern boiler room housing a natural gas-fuelled steam boiler with a capacity of 4 t/h and operating pressure of 12 bar, along with a steam distribution and condensate recovery installation.

The steam is used for modern industrial laundry, drying and ironing machines and for the heat exchanger that provides fan-coil heating in the plant and radiator heating of the offices.
